After 30 years and one pandemic, London park pavilion dream nears reality

York Developments is very excited to announce that we will be breaking ground on an outdoor pavilion planned for a south-end park after construction was delayed because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

This stage will be funded 100% by donors led by York Developments and brings to fruition a vision that local residents and the community council of White Oaks conceived nearly 30 years ago.

York is excited to work along side our partners in the trades on this project and give back to the London community.

York Developments secures deal for 2 prominent London properties

The Middlesex County council announced it has reached a conditional agreement with York Developments over the sale of two prominent London properties.

The specifics of the sale of 50 King St. and 399 Ridout St. was revealed during a Wednesday morning news conference inside the Ridout building.

The King Street property serves as the London office of the Middlesex-London Health Unit (MLHU), while the old courthouse on Ridout Street is used as an administrative building for the county.

The land has been a prime spot of real estate at the forks of the Thames River.
